When you are working in the Breeze or DocGen Panel and the icons are not loading (black or white panel), you can follow these steps to resolve the blank panel:
1. Open Word and click on 'File'.
2. Then click on 'Options':
3. Go to the 'General' tab and then check the option 'Optimize for compatibility (application restart required):
4. Click 'OK'
5. You will need to restart your Office Application.
