Workflow stuck in pending state

Content Approval workflows gets stuck in a pending state

Copy to Project

When the user copies a supporting document to the project documents section it displays the File Name of the document and not the title.

Quick search - Inconsistent with KS Search

The quick search from the Breeze Dashboard page is not consistent with the blank quick search from the Knowledge Source page. A blank quick search from the dashboard should execute a blank search in the knowledge source.

Running Repair/upgrade on new tenant

When provisioning a new tenant an error is shown the first time the repair/ upgrade step is executed. 
The second time it executes successfully.

Expired Review task remains available.

When an Expert Review task expires, the workflows stops, but the task itself remains available.

This task is visible on the user dashboard and cannot be actioned.
