Move supporting docs to project docs

Currently users are able to copy documents from the supporting documents section to project documents. In this new feature, users will be able to move documents from the supporting documents section to the project documents section. The function is very similar to the ‘Copy to Project Docs’ function but the ‘Move to Project Docs’ will delete the source document.
