RAG Statuses Explained

Within the Project Point, you will encounter different RAG statuses.

RAG Status = Red, Amber, Green

Red - This item is overdue. A Task or Project will be marked with a Red status once the Due Date has been reached.

Amber - This Task or Project item will be due soon. This status is calculated by using the Total Allocated Time and the Due Date. With 10% of the Total Allocated time remaining, the status will turn Amber.

Green - Task or Project item will remain Green until the Amber time calculation is met.

Blue - The Allocation Task will remain Blue while it is un-allocated.

Black - The Task has been completed.
