Project Point - Status

A project can have the following status:

Active - Project is active and will appear on the QBP Project Point dashboard view.

Closed - Project completed, and now hidden from the QBP Project Point dashboard view.

Archived - Project completed, and now hidden from the QBP Project Point dashboard view.   

The project status is set within the Project view - Edit Project:

Set the status by selecting it from the drop down list:

Additionally you can add a ‘Closed Reason’ to further segment closed project.

Closed and Archived projects are still available via the Search functionality within Project Point by using the Project State search filters:
