Styles - How do Styles Automatically Update?

When inserted into a Master Template, Knowledge Source content,  will take on the Styles as defined in the Master Template.

Example:

Knowledge Source content where your Body Text style is defined as Arial 11pt

Master Template where the Body Text style is defined as Times New Roman 12pt.

Insert the Knowledge Source content into a project document which is based on Your Master Template.

The text you insert or copy into the project document will assume the definition of the Body Text in the template as the Body Text styles naming convention is the same and appear as Times New Roman 12pt.

Your project document is respecting your definition of the Body Text style contained in the QBP Master Template. In the example above, both the Knowledge Source content as well as the QBP Master Template contain a style named Body Text. Inserting the correct styles into the generated project document was automatically done correctly.
