Occasionally you may need to scrub any additionally applied formatting options in your documents; e.g. A user used a prescribed Font set (which is correct), but then also applied Bold formatting to Styled text, or changed the alignment (which means the document is no longer adhering to the prescribed Styles).
In order to remove the additional text formatting:
1) Open the document or template and select all text in the document by pressing Ctrl+A
2) Press Ctrl+Space to remove any additional formatting. If the content text have styles associated to it, the styles will remain in place, but the additional formatting will be removed.
3) Press Ctrl+Q to remove any paragraph style changes. E.g. if a paragraph's alignment has been changed, this command will undo the alignment and revert the content to the style defaults.
