This article applies to:

The Distribute Documents function can be used to distribute all relevant Project Documents to different parties.
To use this functionality:
1) Open your project and click the Action Button.
2) Click Distribute Documents.
3) You will be presented with a list of all the current Project Documents. Un-check any documents that are not to be included in the package.
Note: The document Status will be shown in this view; you may need to review some of the content before packaging it for distribution.
4) You will now be prompted to either Open or Save your documents. Click Save to download the compressed (.zip) documents.
By default the compressed file will be have the same name as the Project. This compressed fill will contain all selected documents and can be distributed via email.
