Open and Extract from the Breeze Panel

This function enhances the Active Preview screen and allows the insert an extract of text and images from source document into the project, while maintaining the original formatting.

 1) Once you have searched for Knowledge Source content, Click Action > Open and Extract, this will open the specific document in read only mode, using Word or Excels side by Side capabilities.

•  This allows you to select any content from the Knowledge Source document, such as text or images, and insert them into the Proposal document, retaining the original formatting and numbering.

2) Once the required content has been extracted, simply close the “Side By Side” window to return to the full screen view.
