When searching for content in the Project Point, you have the following options:
Search Scope - Projects:
1) To return results for only Projects that match your search criteria, select 'Search Projects' in the Search Scope.
2) You can specify other search criteria, such as a Search String, Project State, Project Types, Project Owners, Etc.
3) Click 'Go Search'.
4) The search will return a list of Projects that match your search criteria.
Search Scope - Project Documents:
1) To return results for project documents, select 'Search Project Documents' in the Search Scope.
2) You can specify other search criteria, such as Project State, Project Types, Project Owners, Etc.
3) Click 'Go Search'.
4) The search will return a list of Projects that contain Documents that match your search criteria.
Project State - This filter allows you to search projects based on their status.
Project Types - The Project Types filter is dynamically built up from all existing project Types in your environment. When searching by the Project Type filter, and no selection is made about the project status, all projects, regardless of their status, will be returned.
Due In - This filter allows you to search projects based on their RAG statues (when they are Due).
Company - The Company filter is dynamically built up from all existing projects' Company Names. When searching by the Company Name filter, and no selection is made about the project status, all projects, regardless of their status, will be returned.
Project Owner - The Project Owner filter is dynamically built up from all existing projects' Project Owner names. When searching by the Project Owner filter, and no selection is made about the project status, all projects, regardless of their status, will be returned.
