This feature is optional and can be enabled on request. It only applies to Standard and Private allocations, and for assigned allocation tasks. It does not apply to External allocations.
Individual emails for allocations tasks get replaced with one email that will contain a summary of a user’s open allocation tasks. This will be inclusive of contribution and review tasks which are assigned to the user. They will still receive a separate email if the contribution task was declined or the review task was Rejected.
The email will display the number of open allocation tasks grouped by Project, then by Document, and then by Task Type. A table per Org/site will be displayed with the open tasks for the user.
